Sometimes we need a coach in our life to help us meet our body & health goals. Sometimes we need an emotional one: Someone to support us, help cultivate or hold us accountable for a goal or desire we want. In One-on-One sessions, I bring the mindset we flex in our group classes to be individualized to your desires and life goals. From health or wellness goals, career or relationship, I use weekly meetups, daily checkins by texts or emails and a use of Affirmation & Positivity Cards to keep your focus razor sharp. Curating a grocery list of resources custom to your plan, you will be amazed at what just 30 days of your own personal life coach can help create with you. I’m excited to share this with you for the new year and help you get closer to the truest most beautiful life you can imagine.

How does Life Coaching work
After initial consultation to set the right plan: 4 once a week in person session ( can be zoom or facetime if you prefer) You receive a customized “tool box” specific for supporting your goals, which may include reading materials, suggested specialty therapies, aromatherapy, podcasts and a timeline to check in on our progress. We discuss how you prefer your means of contact throughout the week between our in-person visits( text or emails ) to keep up the encouragement & letting you know someone is cheering you on. I do the behind the scenes work between our sessions to keep the momentum & tools to up to date with your progress of goal achievement.
